Reporting to the Admin Manager Responsibilities:

●Reception management: Provide reception to One Acre Fund guests and serve as the first point of contact for our suppliers, customers, and employees when they visit our NHQ office. Make transport and accommodation reservations for One Acre Fund staffers and guests visiting Nyanza on request.

●NHQ Office Space Management: Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.

●Payment of utilities: Ensuring recurring bills for our office are paid on time, including water, electricity and internet.

●Security, Health and Safety Compliance: liaise with the rest of our corporate team to ensure that both our security and health and safety policies are complied with.

●Inventory and procurement: working closely with our procurement team, oversee the maintenance of basic office supplies, ensuring that needs are projected 3- months in advance.

●Vendor Management: manage vendors and suppliers to ensure that our standards are met.

●Team Management: manage and oversee development of the Housekeeper at the NHQ.

●Property Management: oversee operations and maintenance of the NHQ Office.
