Responsibilities:

Pre & Post On-boarding:

To get priority on-boarding candidates list & details from Talent Acquisition team to plan & manage customers demand on date of joining of candidates on their project criticality.

To plan, coordinate & follow up with PRO for Visa processes, New applications (Quota applications, Employment Visa, Mission Visa, labour designations, Medical & EID Applications, etc.)

To plan & follow up with Admin team to arrange travel & initial accommodation for employees who are hired from foreign countries.

To conduct induction for employees and to deploy them at client location offices.

HR Support:

Managing day-to-day HR activities such as – Employee requests, handling grievances, preparing letters/certificates, offer letter releasing, announcing & preparing Employee of the month certificates, processing Airfare Reimbursements, Visa renewals, etc.

Enrolling employees to Medical Health Insurance policy & coordinating with Insurance Company.

An employee exit formality which includes - Visa cancellation processes, Full & Final Settlements, return ticket arrangements, etc.

Managing all types of HR related matters with all internal and deployed on-site staffs (100 employees) being SPOC.

Maintain employee files such as contracts, resumes, general correspondences and update files as needed (hardcopy & softcopy)

Upload of all relevant employee data into HRIS, including salary details, leaves availed, generation of pay slips, monthly salary payout inputs, etc.

Payroll & Finance Support:

Every month attendance tracking for all internal & on-site employees, time sheets & related approvals collections, coordinating with Invoicing & Finance team in order to ensure smooth customer billing cycle.

To update payroll inputs master data and run the report every month to Finance team in order to release salaries.

Legal Support

Decision making & coordinating with legal team for any legal actions on employee for their criminal activities, breaking limited contract, etc.

Raising complaint against employees for above mentioned reasons, attending labour court cases with registered Power of Attorney (POA) document, etc.

Liaising with company advocate & Dubai courts for any legal issues, etc.

Invoicing approvals follow ups and closing it on TAT.
