KORN FERRY RPO Senior Recruiter Jan 2022 - Feb 2024 Worked with 2 clients during my 2-year tenure. This involved in-depth strategy meetings with hiring managers and stakeholders to create a seamless process for needed roles and to drive business results.
Spirit AeroSystems, managing up to 81 requisitions with an average of 14 hires per month.
These roles included salaried defense roles with and without clearance and senior level marketing, Facilities, IT and manufacturing.
