I. Profile:

I am an experienced, hand’s on manager with a proven track record of success. My peers and previous/current management regard me as a loyal team member who is flexible and cooperative, listens to others yet very capable of making decisions when it’s appropriate to do so. I enjoy learning about new approaches to providing solutions to business problems. I am regarded as a fast learner. II. Experience:

A. Accounting

Crown Motor Company, Dublin, Ohio Dec, 2001-Aug, 2008 // May, 2010-Present I have worked with Crown Motor Company in two different time periods. The two year absence (Aug, 2008 – May, 2010) was due to my relocating to Germany with my Husband (i.e., Military Assignment). Upon my return from Germany, I resumed my past responsibilities with Crown which included making sure that all monies received from a sales transaction is routed to the correct account. In this capacity I report directly to Susan Scheeres, Controller. This process involves my receiving the paperwork from the finance office, organizing that data, posting them to accounting, preparing and sending the funding package to the appropriate bank, etc. I ensure all documents are compliant with company, corporate, legal and bank standings. Essentially, I am responsible for all paperwork associated with the sales transaction, all documents being forwarded to the bank, all paperwork needed for audit purposes by the manufacturer. There is a narrow time window to accomplish all of this which requires that I must prioritize my activities each and every day. In addition to these responsibilities, I assist management with the monthly audit and preparing the financial statements. Depending on the total work load I also fill in as a service cashier, assisting the service writer with invoicing work done. CONFIDENTIAL

B. Volunteer Treasurer

Landstuhl Hospital, Family Readiness Group Landstuhl Germany 2008-2010 While joining my husband in Germany, I was actively recruited by the hospital commander’s wife to work in their family readiness group. She knew of my background in accounting and needed assistance. I was responsible for obtaining a tax ID, opening and maintaining checking account, fund raising, dispensing and receiving all monies. I had to give an accounting of all monies spent, monies still on hand and budgeting for current and future projects. I also assisted with fund raising activities, planning and execution.

C. Receptionist/accounting

Crown Motor Company, Dublin, Ohio 2001-2008

Crown Motor Company hired me as a receptionist. I was instrumental in the acquisition and installation of a new phone system. Developed and presented classes to other company employees on the use and functionality of the phone system. Kept track of employees coming and going, took messages, and assisted in various company functions. I was later moved into the accounting department where I was responsible for balancing parts and service daily. I made and posted daily deposits for all the dealerships. I made payoffs to the bank for our floor plan. I was also responsible for monthly audits from the bank on floor plan. I posted all sales transactions, tracked compliance requirements. Essentially, I became the “go to” person in the organization. D. Temporary Position – Mortgage support

Chase Mortgage, Marysville, OH 1999-2001

Following the birth of my two boys I made the decision to be a “Stay at home Mom” where I could support them with their various needs. When they started school, I took a temporary position with Chase Mortgage in Easton, OH. When the department I was CONFIDENTIAL
