Ensuring quality formats being used adequately for correspondences, submittals, transmittals to client, consultant, subcontractors and within divisions and departments.

Project related to all documents are kept in impeccable order and all project requirements are met as per ISO Standard.

Quick and courteous support to Managers/Discipline Leads, engineering project personnel and accounting personnel.

Preparation of various documents covering sheet such as (Drawings, Materials, Method Statement, Pre-Qualification & Other Document Transmittal)

Numbering system is followed for all documents and submittals as per company standards.

Preparation and updation of electronic tracking sheets for all submittals.

Preparation of Daily Report, Weekly Report & Monthly Report.

Maintaining hard and soft copy of Incoming and Outgoing documents and transmittals.

Coordinate with all engineer’s and manager for the preparation of meeting related documents
