Professional Experience

Messier-Bugatti-Dowty Inc. Engineering Intern (Jan. 2014 – Dec. 2014)

oImplemented and integrated WinTool, a cost saving Tool Data Management (TDM) solution, to improve tool management in the tool crib and across the shop floor

Tested and deployed multiple modules like the Measuring Equipment Module (MEM) and Tool Setter Module (with Speroni machines) to maximise software use

Documented tool assemblies, kit reports for all machining operations and deploying them on each shop-floor PC via WinTool for quick access

oDesigned custom cutting tools required for specials operations for multiple landing gears (Global Express 5000/6000, V22 Osprey, F/A-18 etc.)

oCo-designed an universal skid for transporting forgings and machined parts between operations

oSupported the design team in modeling machining fixtures for the Global Express 5000 Main Landing Gear

oCreated, handled, and documented Purchase Orders (POs) of tools and fixtures
