Audience Signal Network (CoverClicks)

We participate in the CoverClicks network - a network that enables third parties to identify certain users/user activity for users who are already known to those third parties and who are active across the network. We may share with CoverClicks a SHA-256 hashed file of your email address and certain data associated with the pages of our website that you visited/interacted with (such as URL (with query parameters processed to remove direct personal identifiers), page title, meta description, and referrer page). From that shared data, CoverClicks may derive activity and intent signals which are, in turn, provided to third party marketing partners of CoverClicks ("Buyers"), but only for users for which such Buyers had previously and independently collected such data. We do not share your name, unhashed email address, telephone number, mailing address, resume, government identifiers, precise geolocation, financial account information, or any other Sensitive Personal Information, as defined under applicable privacy laws. Buyers do not receive raw identifiers and may not re-disclose signals, combine them to re-identify users, or profile users with whom they have no direct consent relationship.

Our participation in the CoverClicks network may be considered a sale/sharing of personal information under applicable privacy laws. You may opt out from the sharing of your information using any of the options made available in the "Opt-Out from the Sale of Your Personal Information" section of this Privacy Policy. See coverclicks.com/privacy for more information about CoverClicks data collection, retention, and usage policies. You may also opt out directly from the CoverClicks network at https://portal.coverclicks.com/opt-out.

Opt-Out from the Sale of Your Personal Information

To opt out from the sale/sharing of your personal information, email us at privacy@postjobfree.com with the subject "Do not sell my personal information", from the email address you want to opt out.
You may also mail your opt-out request to the address in the "Contact Us" section.
You may also opt out directly from the CoverClicks network at https://portal.coverclicks.com/opt-out.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as an opt-out request — see the "Global Privacy Control" section.

Global Privacy Control

We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals in a frictionless manner: if your browser sends the GPC signal, we automatically opt that browser out from the sale/sharing of personal information, with no additional steps required.
If we know your email address when we receive the GPC signal (for example, you are signed in), we apply the opt-out to your email address as well.
Learn more about GPC and how to enable it in your browser at https://globalprivacycontrol.org.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
To exercise these rights, email us at privacy@postjobfree.com from the email address associated with your account.
We may take reasonable steps to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
You can also delete your postings and account information directly on PostJobFree at any time.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as your postings remain published and your account remains active.
Technical logs are retained for a limited period of time.
Records of data shared with the CoverClicks network are retained for one year.

Security

We restrict access to our servers, encrypt data in transit (HTTPS), and store passwords in a form that cannot be decrypted.
However, no method of data transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
If a data breach affects your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.

Children's Privacy

PostJobFree is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
