Provided engineering services for the Odyssey Launch Platform to ensure all vessel marine and rocket systems are fully functional to launch commercial satellites into geosynchronous orbit from the equator. Tenure was during a period of high, consecutive launch missions (five missions per year).

• Developed project plans-of-action for modifications, repair, testing and maintenance of various ship mechanical systems and equipment, such as, valves, pumps, heat exchangers, piping, compressors, tanks, cranes and foundations/structure. Established schedules, budgets, oversaw contractor work execution on the vessel and resolved construction problems in a timely manner.
