Coordinates volunteers for events and to perform administrative tasks in the office. I work with the team to develop and implement project plans for the larger Chamber events. Responsible for recruiting, maintaining, and retention of members. In charge of planning, set up, and running member events and communications. Answer phones, emails, and order office supplies. Welcome new member businesses and build relationships with all members. Harnett County Schools (Lillington, NC) • August 2019 - October 2024 Position held: Student Support Services Administrative Assistant As part of the Student Support Services Leadership Team I helped develop and implement plans to improve student attendance and parent awareness. I coordinated volunteers for school events. I was responsible for communication with team members, district staff at all levels, as well as partner organizations to promote our new and existing attendance programs. Acted as a liaison between the district office and the school staff.
I was responsible for Calendar management, scheduling travel, project coordination, event planning, and meeting organization for two executives and our team members. District point of contact for all online student records requests, enrollments, and transfer questions from parents and staff. Onboarding and training our new principals, registrars, and data managers on the Scribbles online platforms. I was chosen to be the team lead for the customization and testing of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM system.
