I was considered by many at Lloyds to be somewhat of an MSP guru, I was consulted by PMs on a regular basis for guidance and advice.

I produced an award winning paper on MSP “Tips and Tricks”.

Instrumental in the introducing of standardised MSP configurations at Lloyds Banking.

Developed an Excel based Risk and Issue management tool.

Managed the Implementation of several projects associated with the Lloyds / HBOS integration

Duties at were as follows:

Advising and coaching work stream managers on the establishment of appropriate plans.

Identification of Interdependencies between work streams and also the identification and management of External dependencies

Developing and managing a process for analysing the impact of the interdependencies when the plans were merged for Progress reporting purposes.

Employed by Artemis International Corporation to work on the implementation of a web based Portfolio Management Information System (Portfolio Director) for the Regional Development Agencies.

System Design, configuration, report writing, testing and an extensive training programme were all within my remit on this project.

Upon completion of this assignment I was invited to undertake an accredited project management course sponsored by Artemis International Corporation. The course was over a week’s duration with an examination at the end. I achieved the highest pass mark ever attained by anybody undertaking this course.

Overall responsibility for the planning, application design, system configuration, testing, training and rollout of a 750 user, Portfolio Management Information System (Artemis Views), including the undertaking of an extensive pilot prior to rollout.

An in-depth knowledge of planning and project management methodology was essential to the success of this complex project.
