WORK EXPERIENCE

1. FHI360: An international non-profit organization focused on building local capacity for the delivery of a sustainable high quality, comprehensive HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, and care and support services. Currently funded by Global Fund and USAID.

Position: Monitoring and Evaluation Support

Feb 2017- Present

Responsibilities:

Working with health facilities and CBO’s for the implementation and analysis of qualitative and quantitative M&E data collection and maintenance of the organization data base system.

Provided basic administrative support and ensured smooth and efficient running of the office

Relationship Management and partnership working .Engaging stakeholders such as government officials, village heads and partner organizations.

Working with other technical staff as well as program team to fully implement the M&E work plan for USAID funded HIV/AIDS prevention, care and support activities (SIDHAS).

Participate in data quality assessments through the use of specific tools such as LAMIS (Lafiya Management Information System), SIMS, and MSF forms

Programme development support .Assisting my Programme manager /Monitoring and Evaluation Lead and our implementing partners with program design; identifying appropriate stakeholders and partners for program delivery

Data collection and analysis for knowledge products in FHI360 programs.

Evaluate project process, help identify areas that need improvements or alterations and making recommendations for changes

Recruitment of new set of ICS volunteers by conducting two staged interview processes which includes phone and face to face interviews with the use of standard qualified measures for assessments.

Played a lead role in the mentoring of volunteers, planning and implementation of pre-placement trainings (PPT) and in-country orientation (ICO) through facilitations, group discussions and role plays/play learnings.
