HIGHLIGHTS

 Supervisor on duty when terrorist struck on September 11, 2001. Responsible for organizing the shutdown of National Airspace System and halting all operations at over 100 Georgia airports.

 Received national award from Lockheed for software development to consolidate reports from several databases. Program was accepted and adapted nationwide.

 Led investigations related to workplace violence and performance deficiencies and provided recommendations of finding to upper management.

 Received superior achievement awards for surpassing standards for five of last eight years.

 National recognition for a suggestion that saved money on redundant phone lines. My suggestion was elevated to the national level and saved the FAA tens of thousands of dollars annually.
