Created a network of 170+ brokers of which 93 supplied steady business. Managed 43 employees (Staff 13 and 30 Accounts Executives).

1990-1994 Global Free Trade Zone Conference & Exhibit, Founding member. Sponsored by Miami-Metro Dade County. The City of Miami, the Beacon Council, the State of Florida Department of Commerce, and the Greater Miami Chamber of commerce.

Designed the conference theme, and global objectives. Seventy-eight countries participated in this conference. As the CEO for the organization of the conference responsible for, sales and marketing, financial, budget and coordination of the event including but not limited to agenda, topics, speakers, trade expo, government official, participants and attendees. Forty percent of attendees were heads of states and government officials. The remaining attendees were Chairman’s, CEO’s and high ranking corporate and owners of major companies throughout the world.
