The opportunity to join a rapid growth and or organization that has a need for an office manager with an establish track record of twenty two years experience with Management, Customer Service, Sales, Production, and Collections. Most of my experience was established but not limited to the dental field. I have worked other Companies not pertaining to the Dental Field and learned that customer satisfaction

Accomplishments:

I started as a receptionist in 1999 and in three months I was promoted to front desk supervisor. My main job responsibility is to raise productivity and maintain collections above goal. I am now currently working as an Office Supervisor and part time Treatment Coordinator. I am skilled at managing people. I am aggressive but sympathetic and cooperative; I am also a hard worker and display a good deal of caution and common sense. I am very patient, so I can complete detailed, aggressive jobs more easily than most people. I enjoy building social relationships, I have excellent verbal and people skills. I can demonstrate talent and achieve solutions to complex problems so that all involved feel fulfilled. I can respect rules, schedules and routines.
