Adriaan Schiltkamp was an executive director of ATC Trustees, the oldest and 2nd largest privately-owned trust company in the world, with its headquarters in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Schiltkamp International Consultants, Inc. was the U.S. Representative Office for ATC Trustees for 28 years. Adriaan Schiltkamp is the founder and the president of Schiltkamp International Consultants, Inc.. When Adriaan Schiltkamp became an Executive Director in 1984, ATC Trustees grew from one office in Curacao with 24 employees and approximately 1,800 clients, to an organization of 670 people, with 18 offices worldwide and more than 10,000 clients, and with more than $623 billion in custody. ATC Trustees was sold in 2011 to The Blackstone Group and is currently the largest trust company in the world. Through Schiltkamp International Consultants, Inc., Adriaan Schiltkamp attracts foreign and U.S. capital for U.S. investments. Most of the capital comes from the U.S. and China. Additional capital comes from Brazil and Europe. SCHILTKAMP INTERNATIONAL AUTOMOTIVE MANAGEMENT, CORP. Adriaan Schiltkamp owned 4 car dealerships in New Hampshire, since 2000 as well as an automotive export business. The dealerships grew significantly and won various awards, both with respect to Customer Satisfaction Indexes and physical buildings and grounds appearances. One of them, Manchester Volkswagen became the 8th largest in the country after 2 years. The last dealerships were sold in 2016.

Adriaan Schiltkamp is a Member of the Board of Trustees of Clark University and Ithaca College, as well as a Member of the Board of Trustees of The International Pre-Schools in New York City, the pre-school his children attended. Adriaan Schiltkamp is married. He and his wife have a son who is 27 and a daughter who is 23. The family enjoys sports such as skiing, water skiing, sailing, tennis, golf, and bicycling.
