− Responsible for implementing and managing the document control procedures and systems to ensure that all documents (Incoming and outgoing) produced and received are controlled and distributed in a secure, organized and timely manner. Duties and Responsibilities:

− Preparing and sending transmittals including soft and hard copies as required to be sent to or received from contractors, consultant and the Client.

− Ensuring that all drawing transmittals are acknowledged as received in case of future dispute regarding document transmission.

− Preparing and maintaining various documents register for drawings, Technical Submittals and all distributed documents.

− Responsible for ensuring that all documents are scanned and data is properly filed for future easy reference.

− Controlling correspondences by E-mail.

− Receiving & distributing all documents/transmittals (Inspection Requests, Material & Prequalification’s, Sample Submittals, Shop drawing Submittals, RFIs… etc.).

− Log and track all controlled documents for various Clients.

− Register the receipt of documents from both internal and external sources.
