Title: Studies on the performance of a diesel engine working on different grades of cashew nut kernal oil based biodiesel
Aim/Objective: The aim is to determine the viability of kasnodiesel which is Cashew Nut Kernal Oil (CNKO) enriched with certain additive,as an alternative to petroleum derived diesel for use in Compression Ignition (CI) engines.
Result/Conclusion
The results obtained in this study Kasnodiesel was found to be more advantageous to use in engines than diesel as its performance is comparable to that of diesel and in some cases, even better than diesel. Moreover, it is renewable and promotes rural development. Skills
