The essence of this project was to deploy a customized Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution that would help the business to streamline a variety of its processes, my duties include:

Facilitate Product Backlog Refinement meetings, Daily Scrum meetings, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, sprint and Release Planning
