Perform as SharePoint Product Owner, Senior Project Manager, and Senior Business Analyst.

Directly supporting the Vice President of Enterprise Services while serving as the SharePoint development team lead.

Mentor other SharePoint developers remotely in various countries and time zones and reported personnel matters, project status and review to the VP and project managers daily.

One-year “development only” contract support the Naval Explosives Manufacturing Base. Oversees multiple SharePoint environments used by diverse teams and thousands of users.

Time was split; Performed as hands on developer 80% of the time, 10% served as a Deputy Technical Manager, working with and substituting for the Government Lead Technical Manager, responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects.

Dedicated "Go-To" person for any Office 365 or SharePoint related tasks. Review and approval authority for other developer RTMs, development plans and give recommendations to developers and Government Technical Manager, and approval before any developments began.

Spearheaded deliverables for the creation of "Naval Tool Suite" on time and on budget. Naval Tool Suite consisted of several custom applications created using SharePoint Designer, Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI), Microsoft Flow and various programming languages on various SharePoint environments 2016, 2019, Online/O365. Lead SharePoint Developer October 2017 – April 2021 Navy Criminal Investigative Services (NCIS) / DoD Contractor Quantico, VA/Hybrid

Returned to NCIS for a second time as a Contractor after being contacted by an NCIS client for additional work following a short contract in 2014-2015.

Interfaced with department leads and executives to analyze current business processes and convert to SharePoint workflows, tools, dashboards, metrics and custom forms.

Environments included Office 365, SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2013/2010, Visual Studio 2017, Java Script, jQuery, Angular, Rest Services, SP Services, CSS, Web Parts, SPFx Webparts, PowerApps, Microsoft Flow, InfoPath Forms, Nintex Workflow, SharePoint Administration, Rest Services.

First task was to create the NCIS (secured) SIPR SharePoint site to mirror the NIPR SharePoint site while re-working the branding and architecture of the NIPR site. Later migrated from SharePoint 2013/ 2016 to 2019 and Online.

Custom UI branding of the NCIS SharePoint SIPR site Master Pages and CSS files to provide a consistent look & feel and marked each site/page with proper security declarations of Secret/FOUO.

Developed and modified existing NCIS applications and tools to better enable automation functions using SharePoint Designer, InfoPath, PowerApps, and Power Automate.

Migrated, mapped, reorganized, edited, and created new permissions and user groups from NIPR sites to SIPR sites.

Created Dashboards and graphs in SharePoint integrating with BI and Enterprise data.

Temporary assignment to support the Defense Health Agency (DHA)/ Health.mil internal SharePoint site under the direction of SPAWAR (contract), while a new DHA support contract was pending transfer to a contracting company.

Managed the DHA SharePoint environment administration, development, and maintenance of pages, technical support, and troubleshooting.

Created a Responsive Custom Branding SharePoint based public web site and intranet site.

Assisted with planning and creation of a ticketing desk on SharePoint to capture requests for training, development, and consulting.

Managed ticket from start to finish, engaging with the requester/customer, making important decisions, working independently from remote home office.

Performed a full range of support assignments by responding to assigned tickets which varied. Each ticket would be entered by DHA SharePoint site owners or department managers. Ticket requests consisted of page customization/design support, troubleshooting, education/training, custom libraries and lists creation, access requests, forms, report generation by web page on demand or email, surveys and dashboards.

Attended daily phone conferences to provide the government lead with the status of each assigned ticket, in queue and completed.

Developed and maintained an online knowledge management site, for both users and developers, that incorporates policies, procedures, best practices, coding library, and FAQs. Documented development code and maintained version control.

Technical Manager March 2015 - September 2016

Marine Corps Network Operations & Security Center (MCNOSC)/ DoD Contractor Stafford, VA

Lead the development of the United States Marine Corps, Enterprise Network SharePoint User Portal. The Portal successfully deployed onto the Marine Corps Network and is now the default homepage for anyone logging onto a USMC computer and/or Network. The intent of the portal is to provide a one-stop, self-help gateway for USMC end users, supporting every base globally. Information provided: phone numbers, network access statuses, “how to” articles for Marines, Civilians/CTRs.

Facilitated the transfer of Remedy knowledge articles, Tier II/Tier III troubleshooting, helpdesk call scripts, and enterprise Service Management (eITSM) documentation.

Responsible for a mixture of SharePoint architecture, administration, development, project management, business analysis.

Developed the Internal Team Portal for internal tracking, reporting, and management of tool development, documentation review/approval/storage, and deliverable submissions.

Branding unique custom look and feel in SharePoint (SP) 2007 environment while taking SP 2007’s abilities to the max.

Redesigned existing sites for Configuration Management, and Policies, Plans & Communication teams. Improved user adoption by creating custom easy to use navigation and look & feel similar to websites vs SharePoint OOTB.

Interpreted business requirements to convert into appropriate technical solutions for efficiency.

Created a document review process for the division. Integrated the process into SharePoint by creating complex/custom workflows, lists, libraries, and webparts. Supported the USMC Global Combat Support System-Marine Corps (GCSS-MC) program as a DoD government contractor and sub-contractor to QinetiQ-NA.

Developed and continuously maintain the GCSS-MC Program SharePoint site hosted on MCEITS with over 5,000 users. Appointed as the GCSS-MC and QinetiQ-NA SharePoint SME.

Developed an internal SharePoint team site for QinetiQ North America as a sub-contractor that required additional executive review and approval as I was not an actual employee of the company and would be subject competitive business documentation.

Lead, planned, and directed all aspects of internal Knowledge Management using SharePoint lists and libraries. Trained personnel on KM to include knowledge sharing and collaboration methods using SharePoint with incorporation of Microsoft Office Suite and custom webparts.

Created dashboards on custom pages for leadership to retrieve data on-demand.

Developed a document review process on SharePoint using lists, libraries and workflows to facilitate the reviews of program Design, Test, and Support documentation.

Developed several custom webparts/lists on SharePoint creating a suite of tools to store documentation comments received from the Joint Chief of Staff during a program’s review period to prevent the same comments from reoccurring on other systems as lessons learned.

Created a report tracking method to facilitate monthly briefs to the Directors regarding program status which accelerated the certification process cutting approximately 60 days from the original process.
