Objective/Summary:

I’m hoping to find a position where I am able to grow and thrive to be the best performer possible and put all my mortgage industry knowledge to good use. I’m a hard working problem solver who explores all options to make sure the desired end result is achieved for not only the company but also the customer as well. I’m experienced in working directly with customers as well as working behind the scenes from a loan processor point of view to help assist the company in processing client requests.

Skills/Experience:

Knowledgeable about the many different stages of the mortgage default process including Collections, Loss Mitigation, Liquidations, and Foreclosure as well as the many obstacles that may be encountered during each of these stages and how to resolve them.

Experienced working directly with the client to provide all needed supporting documentation to avoid unnecessary errors and delays in the foreclosure process for my case load as well as ensuring they are following correct practices and regulatory requirements.

Very thorough when working files to ensure detailed notes are entered on every file I touch with the current status and any action that was taken.

Skilled at adapting to change quickly during the many times I’ve changed job roles/titles while working for both Wells Fargo and the attorney firm.

Viewed as an escalated representative in many of my different positions at Wells Fargo due to my knowledge of the mortgage industry.

Able to manage my time and caseload successfully by working quickly and efficiently. This allowed me to take on additional projects and responsibilities whenever there was a company need.

Experienced handling customer’s financial data as well as other confidential information.

Strong communication skills. I have experience working directly with the customer over the phone, as well as communicating with the foreclosure attorneys and the loan servicers both via email and in person.

Reassigned to the SCRA caseload after managing a standard caseload for only a short time due to a high attention to detail and being able to manage high risk situations which pose greater potential liability for the company.

Adept at reviewing contracts, affidavits and other legal documentation for accuracy and proper verbiage.

Experiences in resolving issues on loans to help reduce volumes on high priority flagged or severely aged/delayed files.

Thorough when analyzing documents and understand what is required for a document to be fully executed to the company’s standard.

Selected on numerous occasions to review files and create solutions to resolve discrepancies between different filing/tracking systems.

Well organized and a good multi-tasker which allows me to successfully manage a case load and follow up with client requests in a timely manner.

Was team lead of the Equator Pilot Program for Wells Fargo, working side by side with management and the Equator team to come up with solutions to resolve issues between the company’s existing tracking system and the new Equator Program.

Frequent experience using ICMP, ER, GEM, Equator, LPS Desktop/Black Knight, Vendorscape, Tempo, I2File, as well as Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
