Dear Sir:
Enclosed is my resume. I believe my qualifications and experience will qualify as a PROJECT MANAGER.
Working as PROJECT MANAGER with residential/commercial contractors I have over fifteen years taken many projects from site selection to acquisition and build out.
Extensive residential/commercial knowledge in the construction of high-end custom waterfront homes and large “tract” housing units in Palm Beach County. As Project Manager for Mizner’s Preserve and the recently completed Gleneagles Country Club, I am very familiar with the construction objectives of a privately held organization.
As a PROJECT MANAGER and owners rep, I have widespread experience in cost estimating, value engineering analysis, bidding, contracts, options and closings.
In addition to school, residential homes, restaurant and country club facilities, I have completed numerous professional and retail office build-outs in the local area.
I believe my academic; business, and supervisory qualifications make me an ideal candidate for your opportunity.
My MBA has helped me bring fiscal responsibility to the construction environment.
Sincerely,
Paul Bertolami
