Significant Achievements:

Achieved 3million Safe man-hours on Fluor Greater Gabbard Offshore Windfarm Project (2012) Project included 140 wind turbines 25 miles offshore in North Sea.

Led Sakhalin II Project, Phase 2 Oil & Gas Development to accomplish 8.5 million man-hours with no lost time injuries (2006).

Accomplished 12 million man-hours no lost time/recordable accidents for the Sakhalin I, EPC-1 Project (2003)

Completed Sakhalin I, EPC-1 Project Oil & Gas as Project HSE Manager (ABB) with Exxon Neftigas Ltd in harsh winter climatic conditions to develop oil well site and camps.

Lead the certification process of first US ECP Contractor (ABB Lummus) to become ISO 14001 certified (2002)

Completed Shell joint venture (Sakhalin Energy Investment Company) onshore pipeline construction project in Russia which was part of a 40 Billion dollar project.

Led ExxonMobil Sakhalin I Odoptu Project to 10 million man-hours with no Lost Time injuries (2010) leading Odoptu Project to win ExxonMobil’s Presidents SHE award for 2009 and 2010.

Assigned to manage HSES on Sakhalin 1 Odoptu OPF NWS construction project for Exxon Neftegas Ltd. (ENL).

Onshore Production Facility produced up 11 million barrels of crude oil annually.

Provided HSES oversight with subcontractors installing 80 km oil pipeline construction which included 10 km of pipeline under Piltun Bay during winter conditions from 10 km ice road and OPF facility.

Achieved 10 million man-hours w/o LTI with 2,000 man project.
