● Co-founder of a strategy, product and brand consultancy focused on growth entities in retail, footwear, consumer products and media.
● Partnering with Reborn Designs to support multiple early-stage entrepreneurs to develop and launch footwear brands in 2025. Scope includes defining consumer muse, branding, product creative direction, mission-vision-position, marketplace segmentation, three-year product roadmap and go-to-market process and execution.
● Partnered with the CEO, President and Head of Product at REEF in 2024 to develop men’s sneaker market strategy, including creative direction, product range architecture, line plan, marketplace segmentation, color strategy and three-year financial plan.
