Currently responsible for all hiring and recruiting for the company. I work directly with all Hiring Managers to find out current hiring needs and qualifications of talent to hire. Source and screen all candidates resumes and phone interview them for qualifications. Set up all candidates phone and onsite interviews making sure candidates are prepared and educated on position and company.
