• Started as a temp worker then hired permanently in February 1988

• Machine Operator – Responsible for the production/quality of plastic refrigerator parts
• Relief Operator/Fork Truck Driver – Responsible for giving breaks to other ops and removal of produced parts from index to warehouse with fork truck
• Process Technician – Responsible for the set-up, maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery and the quality of parts produced
• Quality Assurance Technician – Responsible for the quality of all production on shift. Frequently worked off shifts alone and had to make all quality decisions including shutting down production for quality related issues. Completed Practical Measuring Techniques training class from the Mitutoyo Institute of Metrology in Tulsa, OK.
