Throughout my life I’ve had many passions that I’ve pursued and excelled at, but the one thing they all have in common is dealing with people face-to-face; I start by developing a rapport, then discovering their objections and or reservations, I’ve overcome these through a confident knowledge base then exceed their expectations through product or experience. Whether it was as a public speaker, financial salesman or the Manager at a local bar I find that a friendly reassuring smile, a handshake and strong understanding of my role expressed with energy help to set the tone for any business relationship or experience that I’m responsible for. Experience
Bartender/Server, Blackjack & 26 Thai
Midtown-Atlanta ( both locations ) September, 2025-February 2026 I worked for Blackjack and then 26 Thai which are a part of the same restaurant group. I was originally hired onto Blackjack as a bartender in Sept. ‘25, but I was asked to help out at other locations so I agreed to bartend and serve at 26 Thai where I worked the majority of my time with this restaurant group. I stood out as one of the top salesman as a server often selling the most high end specials over multiple months. On any given week I split my time between bartending shifts and serving shifts. Bartender, Cafe Intermezzo,
Midtown-Atlanta, Ga April-September 2025
I worked full time as a bartender at Cafe Intermezzo. My main responsibility is to work the ‘well bar’ and make cocktails for the restaurant as well as serve patrons at the bar. I have to make cocktails, wine and beer by the glass in a timely manner in order for the servers to deliver the drinks to their tables. I also have to take care of customers that patronize my bar by serving them food and cocktails in a timely manner and developing customer relationships to develop regulars for our bar. Additional duties are taking care of walk-in orders and food delivery application orders.
General Manager, The Village Bourbon & Cigar,
Smyrna, Ga Jan, 2024-March 2025
I was promoted from our sister restaurant, The Vineyard Wine Market into my current role as GM. My duties revolve around creating an enjoyable and memorable experience for our guests, as well as running the day-to-day operations, directly communicating with ownership, overseeing my staff and staff performance, maintaining an extensive whiskey selection of well over 300 bottles, giving educational presentations on different Whiskeys and cigars and ultimately driving sales. In my short time in this role, we have already broken the monthly record for sales in the first 6 months. Bar Manager, The Vineyard Wine Market,
Smyrna, Ga 2018-2023
I served in this role both full time as well as part time in my years with the wine shop. I was responsible for creating and maintaining an enjoyable experience for our guests and creating regular customers through relationships formed over their passion for wine, I also helped to maintain an extensive wine selection of well over 500 bottles of wine, training and overseeing staff, communicating with ownership and ultimately driving sales.
Institutional Fixed Income Sales Associate, San Blas Securities, Atlanta, GA November 2019-May 2020
I served as an Institutional Fixed Income Sales Associate for San Blas Securities which was a startup company that formed from the same ownership that was IFS Securities (listed below). My responsibilities were essentially the same with IFS Securities; to drive institutional sales of rated and unrated municipal bonds through the primary and secondary markets by forming business relationships with small regional banks, hedge funds, fixed income funds, insurance companies and state pension funds. This was a commission based position and Covid brought the market to a stand still, which is why I resigned from the company and ultimately from the industry.
Institutional Fixed Income Sales Associate, IFS Securities, Atlanta, GA March 2018-August 2019
I started as an intern at IFS Securities in March of 2018 and worked as an assistant until I passed my Series 7 and Series 63 Securities Licenses. Then My responsibilities were to drive institutional sales of rated and unrated municipal bonds through the primary and secondary markets by forming business relationships with small regional banks, hedge funds, fixed income funds, insurance companies and state pension funds. However, the company was forced to close due to an internal scandal, that actually had a former employee convicted on criminal charges. Ownership then started another company named San Blas Securities (listed above) which I joined.
