PROFILE

Presently working as Principal at D.A.V. High School (English Medium) Ambala Cantt, where I am the Educational Leader and Administrator, incharge of all Programmes and Initiatives. I am working closely with faculty to realign the curriculum to the common core and groom and prepare my students not only for the Key Exams but also for their life ahead. My Strengths include collaborative Leadership, Strategic Planning, Empowering Educators to develop their Leadership and Instructional Skills, implementation of Organisational goals and integration of initiatives designed to enhance the school environment. I bring to the table rich and diverse experience of Thirteen years. Conducting periodic meetings with Parents and Teachers to encourage close collaboration among educational Stakeholders in improving performance of Students. I aim to negotiate, establish and administer policies, improve the performance of Personnel and encourage a culture of Productivity.

First of It’s kind : Projects Designed, Initiated and Implemented Student’s Quality Circle: The selection, Training and working in this team helps students in growing and maturing in diverse fields and skills. Happiness Curriculum: Introduced in the School which prepares my students to fight the biggest problem faced by the youth today i.e loss of self esteem, unhealthy competition and depression. Real Life Skills: introducing students to areas like Human Resource Management, Professional Telephonic Conversation, Customer Dealings, Handling Finances, Front Desk Management, Safety norms, First Aid Procedures etc
