I, Sarah Angela S. Cabadin, am hoping to be part of the teaching staff of your school this coming academic year. If given a chance, I would like to impart my knowledge and skills in Science and theater with your students and learn the practices of your school.

I trust that my degree course in college and the academic completion of my master degree would enable me to impart techniques and strategies that would be effective in teaching in your school. In addition, I believe that in my four years of teaching under my previous school and from my well-grounded training of my craft, I would be able to be a great part of your faculty. Below are my qualifications that would emphasize my competitiveness as a candidate in your school.

I have taught for four years in Brainshire Science School. Throughout those years, I learned to adapt and be flexible as I handled grade school Science, junior high school Science and senior high school Science. These experiences made my teaching skills and strategies more effective. After handling six to eight sections a day with different preparations, I have acquired better understanding on the various principles concerning classroom management and coping skills. I was also the school’s Sci-Math Adviser throughout those four years. I became more innovative and creative as I handled competitions such as Sci-Mathlympics, Eco wear competitions, and others. My leadership skills boosted as well. I also trained and coached students for quiz bee competitions outside the school. Moreover, I was the official layout design artist for the high school department. In addition, I was a part-time tutor to some elementary students I have not handled for the school year on the same institution.

I am a graduate of Philippine Normal University with a course of Bachelor of Science in Biology for Teachers having an over-all average grade of 89.5. I am also taking Master in Science Education with Specialization in Biology in the same institution. I already completed all my academic requirements with grades higher than 1.5. I also passed the Comprehensive Examination last September 2019.

I am a Licensure Examination for Teachers passer last 2015 with an average grade of

87.4. My general knowledge grade is 91, my specialization grade is 90, and my professional education grade is 83. I also passed the civil service exam last 2017 with the average grade of 84.25.

I am also an ESL teacher for Speak English Korea wherein I have experienced teaching Korean students of all ages to learn how to speak English. Through this opportunity, I have been able to understand and adapt a different culture and learn more about diversity in our world today.

I was a senior member and the former Education and Research Committee head of The Thespian Society, a theater organization of the Philippine Normal University, last 2015. I have practiced being an artist teacher throughout my past four years in the teaching field.

I am a Charity First Foundation Inc. alumna as well. Under the said foundation, I worked as a volunteer on dental missions and home for the aged institutions. I also attended monthly life service and motivational seminars to be a well-equipped person holistically. Now, they are offering trainings for facilitators and volunteers for various charity works inside and outside Metro Manila.

My experience as an on the job trainee at National Museum, Botany Division (2015) made me more knowledgeable in Science and the work field. This experience served as my training ground in coping with other people and doing paper works.
