Primary point of contact for all domestic/international orders for 2 major customers, Home Dynamics (HDX) and Amalgamated Textiles (ATI), for end customer TJMaxx, Marshalls, AT HOME, HomeGoods, Beall’s and Zulily.

Validated and verified all orders in the Harmony ecommerce online system for accuracy and primary point of contact for issue resolution.

Coordinated with internal departments as well as partners, carriers, vendors and customers each online order from start to delivery.

Created custom spreadsheet which was shared on a daily basis with each customer to track all orders, which was later adopted by the West Coast facility for implementation.
