oIt has five main panels which can be accessed form left hand side navigation area and each main panels has four sub panels where user can select forms or dashboards of their choice. Users also has option to configure which sub panels and main panels are to be shown or to be hidden.

-Development of Bulletin Boards

oEnables users to submit Bulletin Boards for some particular groups or for multiple or all groups

oNew bulletin messages keep scrolling on home page. Home page also shows count of unread bulletin messages.

oMailbox like functionality of marking bulletin messages as read or unread.

-Development of Watch List

oUsers can add records of their interest to their watch list. Users can add records of their interest to one of three watch list options – Status Change, Any Change, Any Change including Associated items.

oAs per the watch list option selected by user, it notifies user as per their selected watch list option.

-Development of Highlights

oHighlights shows recent activities of the case being watched. Admins can configure last how many journal entries, how many tasks are to be displayed in highlights of the case.

oHighlights also shows Approval status of the requests and SLA Status of the case.

-Development of Dashboards Console

oDashboards Console shows various statistics in graphical representation.

oCreated Dashboards to show last 24 hrs cases by case type, location and SLA Status.

oCreated Dashboards to show trend of cases. Users can select last 1 to 8 weeks or last one year and can compare case counts to previous or week or year (comparison for case by case type, by case location)
