requests. American Express IT service catalog is in the process of migrating all the existing services

currently requested and fulfilled using American Express legacy tools to web-based site IT service

Catalog. It will also allow the customer to track the status of service requests. Shorten the end-to-end time

Project Title: B2B Purchasing Portal (American Express) – Test Lead

Project Description: The B2B Purchasing Portal is an initiative as part of the “Savings@Work” platform by Amex to build and leverage the need for a shopping portal specifically catering to its small and

medium corporate customers. The Savings at Work will provide Corporate Clients and

participating Merchant Partners with a compelling, unique opportunity for comparison shopping and

purchasing. Through this portal Amex is bringing together its customers and big merchants (Target,

Staples, Office Max, etc.) by leveraging its existing relationship. The Portal gives the merchants bigger

footprint to showcase and sell their products competitively at discounted rates. It gives the customers the ability to do comparison shopping through a secure, trusted and industry-accepted payment gateway provided by Amex.
