Taking telephonic interviews of the candidates and Update internal database according to feedback, collecting the candidate feedback from Clients.
Handle the queries; give briefing & finally shortlist the candidate. Maintaining the candidate database for future reference Selection & Placement:
Managing the entire placement operations encompassing preparing fitment of candidates, negotiating and finalizing Offers.
Handling of pre-employment and hiring formalities like employee joining formalities involving new hire offer letter/packages.
Supervising the activities related to post employment such as Induction program for the newly recruited candidates for making them familiar with company's policy and culture.
Talent Evaluation:
Conduct different types of interviews to identify their potential through direct interview.
Client Relations:
Maintain a good rapport with the client and get the business rotationally.
Get the requirements from the clients and understands the requirement before working on it. Meet the Client periodically even during the odd months of the business to maintain good relation.
