CUSTOMER CHURN REDUCTION FOR SOUTHEAST AIRLINES (R) Oct. 2019 to Dec. 2019 Analyzed airline data to provide statistical insights based on the survey of southeast airlines and its partners in order to improve strategies and operations.Data cleaning, transformation and munging operations were performed on the data. The data was visualized using various graphical, tabular and numerical descriptive measures. Association rule mining was used to discover the relations between different variables in the data set. Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Linear Models were implemented for classification of the data. Feedback analysis was done using text mining techniques in order to improve customer satisfaction. INTEGRATED JOB SEARCH ADMINISTRATION DATABASE (MYSQL) Aug. 2019 to Dec. 2019 Designed a single database for providing a common platform for its users to hunt for jobs according to their job profiles from multiple websites. The database was created using Microsoft SQL Management Server Studio and the graphical user interface was developed in Microsoft Access. AUTOMATICALLY DETECTING WILD ANIMALS USING NEURAL NETWORK (PYTHON) June 2017 to May 2018 Recognizing the species of wild animals captured on the camera trap installed in a wildlife sanctuary and identifying it using feature extraction and training with TensorFlow libraries.

MUSHROOM DATA CLASSIFIER (R) Jan. 2018 to Apr. 2018 The data was loaded,cleaned and then split into training and test sets. The k-nearest neighbors (kNN) algorithm was used to classify the mushroom data. First the value of k was initialized and the distance between test data and each row of training data was calculated using Euclidean distance as the distance metric. Accuracy, specificity, sensitivity and detection rate for the data was calculated using the most frequent class of the sorted array of rows.
