Handling Inbound and Outbound shipments. Per day average 150 Shipments received at hub.

Handling a More than 10 Vehicles each day which is received from different Location. If any short and Excess materials found at the vehicle I should update on Online Software (ECARGO) and Send Mails or Tele conversation with Load sender.

Received Shipments should forward to concern destination as per FIFO.

Before loading the material E-way bill should update in online.

After Received the all Vehicles materials should be tally with online stock to Physical stock which is should tally at any cost. If it is not tally, I need to work out for the same.

After Evening 5pm co-ordinate with Sales team about today’s Sales. After receiving sales details I need to plan the vehicles according to the sales.

Once left from Office needs to check the all the shipments E-way bill status. If E-way bill get expired that day, need to extend before or after 8 hours .


Need to check the data how many Shipments Received for Salem. Then only I can Plan for local delivery. Discussed Today delivery plan with delivery staffs. Need to update the Customers If shipments have to pay or COD, before going delivery.

Before loading the material E-way bill should update online.

Delivery cut off time is 10.30Am. After completing the delivery need to get the POD and To pay cash & Cheque from the Delivery staff.

After received Cash and Cheque need to deposit in bank next day morning.

POD’s should send to head office same day evening through courier without delay.
