Make cassettes and log specimens in computer via the Pro-Path operating system. I am also familiar with the Co-Path system. Distribute finished slides to doctor. Handle cytology specimens such and FNAs, urine, Thyroid smears. Routine maintenance on all machines in lab such as processor, cover slipper, Ventana Immuno machine and tissue stainer.

I think I work well as a team member or as the only tech in the lab. Get along well with others and I hold myself to a high standard . I’m honest, dependable, hard worker and trustworthy. My faults maybe considered as I expect the same in others but have to realize people are different and I have to work around that.
