& Polycom Video Conferencing systems. Set up the company from scratch in 2007. Head of Project Management, Operations, Sales & Marketing departments. Responsible for the overall P&L of the com- pany.

Received multiple repeated orders from Al Meera Convenient Stores for their 12 outlets for the timely completion of their projects & within the budget allotted.
2000-2007: Project & Customer Support Manager at ATS, Bah- rain, a YBA Kanoo group of companies. I was responsible for the Project Management and Profit & Loss of the Telecom Department. ATS was the partner of Avaya-USA . Some of the successful project handled by me are the Arab Bank, City Bank, First Islamic Invest- ment Bank, Kanoo Head Office, Kanoo Travels.

MY WORKING STYLE AS PM:
• As the Project Manager I have the
overall responsibility for the success-
ful initiation, planning, design, execu-
tion, monitoring, controlling and clo-
sure of every project.
• As a Project Manager, Risk Manage-
ment is my expertise. Anticipating a
risk, may be technical or financial is
my primary concern.
• In every project, risk impacts the
success of any project and risk must
be both formally and informally
measured throughout the lifetime of a
project and mitigated wherever pos-
sible. Positive risk to be increased &
negative risk to be mitigated.
• As a successful Project Manager I
always focussed to mitigate the risk,
mostly by following a philosophy of
open communication. Effective feed-
back from the team members is the
most effective way of mitigating risks.
