SUMMARY OF RECENT RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

Sears Hardware & Appliance Store – Assisted Customers. Stocked Shelves with Product and tagged product with its normal price and current sales price. Reset shelves to current planograms and installed promotional material. Searched for discrepancies in on-hand counts, identified the root cause, and took corrective and preventive actions. Trained new personnel (5.5 years)

KBR/SEII – (1) Responsible for the inventory control of postal forms and supplies for the Liberty Army Post Office in Baghdad, Iraq (8 months).

(2) As the head of the Quality Assurance Department for the Iraqi Military Postal Service Mission, responsible for ensuring the compliance of all civilian personnel working in the KBR/SEII-manned Military Post Offices throughout Iraq by inspecting for compliance to U.S. Postal Service Regulations, U.S. Army Military Postal Regulations, and the terms of the U.S. Army / KBR Contract. In addition to auditing Military Post Office personnel for compliance, managed eight QA Inspectors and reviewed/approved their audit reports before submitting them to Iraqi Postal Mission management (27 months). Served as the primary contact for KBR with the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) to report and resolve any compliance issues.

SUMMARY OF RELEVANT EXPERIENCE WITH PRIOR EMPLOYERS

Allen-Bradley Company, Support Services Division - Designed and published daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operations reports for Division management as well as ad hoc reports as needed. Defined the work flow and wrote the functional specifications for a global Management System for the Allen-Bradley Company’s International Customer Support Services Division. (5+ years)

Electronic Data Systems – Played a key role in the ISO 9001 Certification and Recertification of a business unit providing custom integrated computer systems to commercial and government customers.
