Receive documents through internal mail from departments across the bank and exchange houses.

Check discrepancies in Mandates/documents received from Rops on daily basis

To scan customer account mandate and documents by performing required operations for archiving in electronic format

Check all scanned records and upload the same to the server on a daily basis

To perform other allied activities assigned by the Unit Supervisor in line with their job function

Ensure that all jobs are carried out are as per SOP

Revert to the emails received from ROPS HELPDESK after taking necessary actions

Prepare daily MIS for activities of the department
