I am writing to apply for the caregiver role. I am a capable, caring, and empathetic person with vast experience tending to individuals with various needs.
I have cared for my father for more than 5years. My father is registered blind and I have been providing care with personal hygiene, cooking, assisting him with navigating in and around the house and attending to his needs. In addition, I make sure he takes his medications timely and schedule his routine GP visits, as well as accompany him there.
I have a care giver certificate with St Johns, which includes practical and theory lessons.
I have been volunteering for the past two years at one of our local clinics.
I am confident that I posses the combination of expertise and personality traits you are seeking in a caregiver.
