Knowledge of OS from Windows 2000, Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 Some of Linux and Mac OS software. Hands on computer hardware work with computers and laptops. Working on CCNA and A+ certification this month and beginning my Masters in Information Systems for the next two years.
