Responsibilities:-

Lead the procurement team for the required materials, equipment and services and try to set forth the deal within the budgeted cost and best negotiated commercial term.

Review the project contract, specification and BOQ to identify the materials, equipment and system for the procurement Prepare material procurement plan and subcontract plan based on approximate lead time and project schedule.
