Vice President, Information Technology 2001-2003

Reduced cash flow burn rate for IT labor by over 52%, requirements for IT capital spending by 67% while delivering on objectives.

Replaced core lab and billing systems in a one-year initiative designed to increase reporting capability and clear billing backlog. Cleared 2-year old billing backlog in less than 2 months representing $10MM.

Sixty-day rescue of failed billing application project, then 12 months late and massively over budget. Company reported record cash collections 3 months after roll out, and best reported DSOs in 5 years within six months after roll-out.

Data Architect/Project Manager 2000-2000

Six-month consulting engagement to design and build IMPATH’s clinical data warehouse. Staffed project and department for ongoing support, procured technology and tools and delivered finished product on time and under budget. Product went on to produce millions in revenue over the next three years.
