Responsible for addition and renovation of emergency room at cost of $3.5 million, 1999.
Renovated 20,000 square feet of to create an ambulatory care center for $4.5 million, 1998.
Design and construction of an Oncology Suite, Sleep Center and Cardiac Catherization Lab.

Project Coordination:
Oversee management of major capital projects from inception to completion, including programming, design, bidding and construction, in accordance with recognized industry standards as well as established budgets, schedules and quality standards.
Responsible for managing schedules, budgets and ensuring quality control for all projects.
Oversee the bid solicitation and award process for major construction projects and determine contract awards.
Responsible for the overall administrative and professional responsibility for the safe and efficient function and operation of all buildings, equipment, systems and grounds.

Construction Management:
Plan and recommend future development of physical facilities and systems.
Develop, review and recommend approval of plans for building construction, renovation, replacement, additions, equipment and systems retrofit, repair replacement or additions.
Review and recommend outside contractors for bidding.
Develop specifications, plans and reviews blueprints for approval.
Receive, review and submit recommendations re: acceptance of bids to management for approval, based on reliability of contractors and feasibility and cost-benefits of project.
Where appropriate, serve as general contractor and negotiate with subcontractors where feasible and cost-effective.
Act as liaison and coordinator with general contractors and/or subcontractors, architects, engineers, material and equipment suppliers as well as state and local authorities.
Oversee development, implementation and evolution of the Hospital Master Facility Plan.
