Job Description

Manage with the entire responsibility of analyzing the account receivables and aging reports thereof.

Reconcile account receivables with the client

Check and verify ship management reports and accounting entries of source documents such as invoice, OR/CR, vouchers, debit and credit notes.

Process checks receive

Enter receipts into accounting system

Ensure accounts receipts is in balance with general ledger on daily basis

Reconcile cash receipts to Accounts Receivable

Follow up customers on past due accounts

Accounts Receivable aging

Code and enter invoices, receiving reports and expenses into accounting system

Matched invoices to purchase orders and packing list

Assist anybody as needed and perform other duties assigned

Compute salesman commissions

Collect and analyze information from the general ledger system

Reconciliation of G/L accounts and Subsidiary Ledger

Credit Card Reconciliation

Manage accounting files and documents

Identify inefficiencies and history trends

Verify data and information of accounting

Answers question about accounting and financial from customers

Recommend solutions to achieve well defined accounting goals
