I am an Accounting Education graduate turned Human Resource Practitioner. Presently, I am working as a Strategic Human Resource Generalist in a consulting firm; I am a Writer, a Relationship expert and a Trainer with distinctive knowledge in Human Resource Management, Dream Actualization, Purposeful Living and Business development strategies. I also have the capacity to drive performance through Human Resource Strategies and Emotional Intelligence competencies.
I am an ally of Six Seconds in US (World Largest Emotional Intelligent Network), a chartered member of Nigeria Institute of Management (NIM), Member of Young African Leaders Initiative (YALI), and also a facilitator for Lagos State Government at Ready Set Work (RSW2018); a program designed for talent acquisition and development which will enable final year students across higher institution in the state to develop employability skills and entrepreneurial mindset.
Through years of hands on experience and personal development, I have developed competencies and skills in Employee relations, Strategy development, Learning and Development, Policies and Procedures formulation, Job Description Development, Staff Recruitment, Orientation and Onboarding, Emotional Intelligence competencies and performance management.
