GSM – Senior Sales Account Executive – 2003 to 2005 exceeded sales goals expectations by 25% in the first two years of production and maintained a retention factor of 63% in year one and 81% in year two. Success in attracting and maintaining customers is a direct reflection of the confidence clients experienced.

Successfully identify and develop prospective sales lists from direct response and referrals to maximize life insurance market penetration. Provide life sales support and training on lead development and identification for the service staff, Property and Casualty Sales Agent and other employees who encounter members or insured individuals.

1. Started from a real estate basement office and built the business into one of top ten agency in America with Banker National life a. Had responsibility for total office operations including; fiscal management, marketing, human resources and business development.
