GSM – Senior Sales Account Executive – 2003 to 2005 exceeded sales goals expectations by 25% in the first two years of production and maintained a retention factor of 63% in year one and 81% in year two. Success in attracting and maintaining customers is a direct reflection of the confidence clients experienced.

1. Started from a real estate basement office and built the business into one of top ten agency in America with Banker National life a. Had responsibility for total office operations including; fiscal management, marketing, human resources and business development.

2. Hired, trained and managed eight insurance agents in multiple lines of business.

3.Developed a seminar for self-employed business owners titled “Income Tax Zero” to help identify taxable purchases.
