Current Responsibilities

As a Mechanical Technician in FFL my responsibilities include:

Perform Preventive, corrective & troubleshooting mechanical maintenance activities on different mechanical equipments (Centrifugal pump single and multistage, positive displacement pump, Gear Boxes, Centrifugal compressor, steam turbine, gas turbine, turbo expander,air compressor, blowers. ) .

Preventive to Corrective maintenance of Centrifugal Pump (Sulzer, Flow Serve, KSB, EBARA,

Complete Overhauling of Centrifugal Compressor both barrel type and horizontal split (Hitachi,MAN GHH,)

Complete Overhauling of Gear Boxes both Reduction and Induction (Kawasaki, BSH)

Complete Overhauling of Air Compressor.

Complete Overhauling of Steam Turbine (Siemens, MAN GHH)

Attend group safety meetings, conduct Tool Box Talk to the crew.

Comply with company HSE policies & Work Permit procedures.

Leading a Crew Consisting of Millwrights and Fitters for Execution Of preventives/corrective/breakdown & shutdown maintenance jobs.

Maintaining the levels of Spares & identify spare parts required for maintenance work, from manufacture drawings and spare parts lists through “SAP, ORACLE”.
