Roles & Responsibilities:

Overview: Amazon is an online shop store were we process in-house payroll. We as a Payroll administrators support various countries in processing the employee payroll.

oWe have payroll vendors who perform the payroll for Amazon Asia APAC Countries.

oWe as the part of payroll team sends the input received from ERC to the payroll vendor who processes the payroll.

oPayroll vendor sends the reports and we perform the validations and confirms back to the payroll vendor.

oMaking sure that the payroll vendor have processed all inputs as per the data updated in the P-soft.

oOnce the payroll is confirmed, payroll vendor send the EFT file, after which we initiate the bank payments and make sure the employees are paid on time.

oAlways accurate on the payroll results.

oPost the payroll, we initiate the statutory payments making sure we are following the SLA and Statutory deadlines.

oHelps the Finance team to understand the Journal entries and any ad hoc payments made for any particular month.

oValidating the relocation allowance for the employees who migrated and RSUs for the employees who posses them.


oLearned the payroll for 4 new countries which helped me enhance my knowledge.

o Got my hand on the legislation for 4 different countries.

oDealt with many teams at a time and speed up the process so that the payments are not delayed to the employee.

Overview: ADP is a global leading Payroll and service based firm viz., IT & Support. We as a Payroll administrators support various client in processing the employee payroll.

oProcessing End-to-End Payroll.

oPerforming the manual correction in SAP system as per client requirement.

oPreparing the EFT file for Employees and making sure that funds are getting transferred to EE’s account on time.

oPerforming 100% reconciliations i.e Head Count, Salary, Fixed & recurring Pays/deductions, Tax and Statutory payment / deduction to make sure that payroll is processed accurately.

oPreparing the Termination and Redundancy Payment calculations.

oTracking the CRM details and making sure that proper and accurate action is taken to achieve the SLA.

oHave done the Input/Late Data Analysis which helped to reduce the late data flow by 20%.

oTrained and Supported ADP Service Centre on Thailand Legislation, which helped them to solve employee queries effectively.
