Cox will send a file daily to Verizon that provides details on the phones sold on a per store basis that is DSR file. In this way we are improving the customer experience, increase sales by having actual Wireless inventory in Cox Retail locations. Customers will be able to purchase Wireless service and leave the Cox Retail store with an activated phone.

Responsibilities

Interacted with various business people and gathered the business requirements and translated them into technical design specifications/documents and created HLD/LLD documents of all the business processes that helped technical team in understanding.

The 360-degree view is accomplished through the creation and management of simplified processes and policies that ensure a foundation of quality customer data.ECustomer has built a Customer Registry, which serves as a directory of accurate customer data, allowing consistent customer information to be shared across source systems. The main objective of the project is to build a Customer Data Mart. ETL Informatica PowerCenter was used for the extraction, transformation, and loading of data into the data warehouse. The project had several loads like Daily Loads, Weekly Loads, Monthly Loads, Quarterly Loads, and YTD Loads. These loads were implemented using Incremental Loading (Change Data Capture), and Slowly Changing Dimension Mappings.This information is extracted from different OLTP systems and transformed into Data Mart.
