Responsible for work order administration activities within the Central Office/ Outside Plant support centers, including work order scheduling, material procurement process, staging and milestone date administration.
Ensure work orders are built within the milestone dates provided by Engineering or the target dates provided by Integration. Responsible to order, receive and transfer all major material and components and to ensure Circuits are turned up on the Due Date. Milestone dates, disbursements, targets and communication with all business partners.
Review work order for milestone dates, permits, materials, determine appropriate Client and assign LOA in RAM, send notifications & work order to Construction. Update Master spread sheet with all information including ECD for each phase of path, placing and splicing of Fiber, ensure material received at the appropriate milestone dates. Monitor & update milestone dates in CCP/RAMS Work Order Progression, weekly conference calls/meetings on OSP construction, COEI and Vendors teams progress.
Daily Escalations on Circuits turn up. Follow up with Engineering and Construction, COEI on any issues, closing Work Orders, Redlines sent to drafting to correct major changes in ICGS, Correct vBuild IPID errors and reconcile material, Work order final posted and closed with AWC populated in CCP, System required CCP, v-Build, ICGS, M-solv, AAIS-DS.
SR. LTE IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER LUCENT TECHNOLOGIES NAPERVILLE, IL

Designed and implemented cellular system with IP network for 4G LTE on current 3G system.
Turn on 4G system to make sure that all feature for 4G LTE worked correctly.
Designed and configured SR-7750, SAM 5620 and CISCO 9K router for individual cell.
Supported implementation for 24/7.
Worked with IPBH backhaul for IP Ethernet and MPLS which all utilize optical equipment.
